At BloomChic, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for a printerless drop-off experience.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label securely to the outside of the package, and remove any old labels.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your refund.
